I enjoy ceramics because it requires special attention to lines and curves. Each form is handmade using a potter's wheel; I never mold and cast. The thrill is being part of the evolution of clay from lumps of earth to functional pieces of art.

I'm a medical student based in Philadelphia. I plan to specialize in Otorhinolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery. I love medicine and working with my hands.

My glazes are often inspired by nature. The landscape photographs included in the portfolio were taken using a Fujifilm x100.
